1. Pricing & Quotes

All prices are quoted in USD. Written quotes are valid for 14 days and include the unit price, freight, and applicable tax line items. Inventory is subject to prior sale.

2. Deposits & Payment

A deposit (typically $500–$1,000) holds your unit for up to 30 days. Deposits are fully refundable before shipment and applied to the balance. Balance is due on delivery, after inspection. Accepted payment: bank transfer, check, major credit cards.

3. Condition & Grades

Units are graded as New (one-trip), Used Cargo Worthy (CW), or Used Wind & Watertight (WWT). The grade on your written quote defines the condition standard. WWT units are guaranteed leak-free for ground use for 90 days from delivery; any seal defect in that window is repaired or the unit replaced at our option.

4. Delivery

Buyer is responsible for site access meeting the requirements stated in the delivery guide (14 ft height, 12 ft width, straight-line clearance). If the driver cannot complete the drop due to unmet access requirements, re-delivery fees apply. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, unless a firm date is quoted.

5. Title Transfer & Use

Title transfers upon final payment at delivery. Buyer is responsible for local zoning, permits, and intended-use compliance after purchase.

6. Modifications

Custom modification work is quoted item by item and covered by a 90-day workmanship warranty on the modification itself. Modifications that compromise container structure void structural certifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D'Ultimate Containers' total liability under these terms is limited to the purchase price of the unit in question.
