Inspect on Arrival
You approve the unit in person before payment. Any damage in transit is documented and resolved immediately — it's on us.
Site Access Checklist
Tilt-bed drop trucks are the standard for container delivery. Measure your site against these numbers before booking:

Three Ways We Deliver
- Tilt-bed drop (most common) — the truck tilts and slides your unit off onto blocks. Fast, precise, best value.
- Crane placement — for pads, decks, slopes and tight yards. We coordinate certified crane operators and rigging.
- Off-site + your equipment — we drop at a commercial yard near you and you haul on-site with your own trailer.
Every delivery includes placement on leveling blocks at no extra cost. Anchor kits, bolt-down and foundation coordination are available as add-ons.
Free storage until ship date
Your unit stays in our secured, lit yard — free of charge — from deposit until your scheduled delivery. Take your time planning site prep.
What Happens On Arrival
1 · Confirm
The driver calls 30–60 minutes out. You verify access, pad location and drop position together.
2 · Place & Level
Your unit is positioned, lowered and leveled on blocks. Doors swing freely, seals intact.
3 · Inspect & Sign
Walk the unit inside and out. Sign the proof of delivery only when you're satisfied — then unlock your new space.
